Returns and Exchanges Policy

 


If the Customer is not satisfied with their order, they may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the day they received the product(s) purchased on the Sharra Pagano website.


The Customer may not exercise the right of withdrawal for Contracts concerning the supply of one or more customized products.


The right of withdrawal shall apply exclusively to products returned in the same condition in which they were received.

 


 

 

Returns via Courier

 


The Customer must contact Sharra Pagano within 14 calendar days from the delivery of the order by sending an email to sales@sharrapagano.it or by calling +39 02 29519867 to request a return. Sharra Pagano will promptly send, via email, a return form to be completed and a return code associated with the purchased product.


Once the form has been completed, the Customer must send it to sales@sharrapagano.it. After verifying the received document, Sharra Pagano will contact the Customer to arrange the collection of the product to be returned. The product (complete with packaging and tag) must be placed by the Customer inside the pre-labelled security envelope included in the original package.


If the Customer chooses not to use the available free return options, any return shipping costs will be borne by the Customer.


The Customer may choose whether to receive a refund of the amount paid for the purchase or to exchange the item for one or more products of equal or higher value.


The refund will be processed as soon as possible and no later than 14 days from the date on which the intention to exercise the right of withdrawal was communicated, and only after Sharra Pagano has carefully assessed the condition of the returned item. The Customer will be informed if they are entitled to a refund. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.


If the Customer wishes to make an exchange, after completing the return procedure and after Sharra Pagano has assessed the condition of the item and informed the Customer, they may proceed with selecting a new product of equal or higher value than the returned item.
